Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your custom product. Custom product processing may take 3-5 business days. While we strive to ensure your order is ready as quickly as possible, as products are custom-made, it can take 3-5 days.
Delivery time:
1. The expedited delivery time is about 3-5 days.
2. The standard delivery time is about 7-20 days, but the possibility of delay is not ruled out. The specific delivery time is based on the delivery arrangement of the local post office.
3. Delivery time in some countries may take longer, which may take 12-20 days.
Note: The delivery time is calculated after the order is sent, not after the order is placed.
Local delivery:
We offer a standard local delivery service for all orders. Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the time your order is dispatched. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Our delivery partners will make one to two attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful, a notice will be left with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or pick-up. If the package is not claimed within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Order Status
Once your order is placed, we will update you on your order status by email.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 48 hours to update the status of the shipment,sometimes will be longer and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.
Please note:
Due to customer's personal problems (clearance, incorrect address, inability to reach the address, wrong phone number), the package was unclaimed within the limited time and the parcel was destroyed. The situation that the buyer authorized to place the package in front of the door, neighbors, etc. caused the parcel disappear or being stolen.We are not responsible.

We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery, as detailed below for specific refund requests.
Returns and Exchanges:
1. Because these products are custom-made to order, we do not accept refunds without reason. We only accept compensation for quality issues. If you have any quality issues, please take a video and email us. We will respond to your message and resolve the issue within 24 hours. What constitutes a quality issue: Damage or decay is considered a quality issue.
2. If you are dissatisfied with the product due to the wrong size, fabric, pattern, or other details, we will only provide a limited compensation for that item. If you insist on a return or refund, please pay the shipping fee and return the item to our warehouse in a clean condition. We will inspect the item and issue a full refund.
3. As a new factory seller, we may encounter some issues with packages during the sales and shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and understanding. We will provide coupons for new product releases to honest and tolerant buyers. We will generally block malicious, picky buyers who initiate disputes without email communication.
Return Processes
When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at service@freedomlo.com. first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery. Please note that once the package leaves the Customs of the origin, the shipping responsibility will be handed over to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period, please contact the carrier for your inquiry and claim.

The package that has been dispatched or in transit cannot be refunded. If the product itself has quality problems, please contact our customer service WITHN 24 hours . We will send you a new product free of charge after verifying your order information and product breakage.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
